1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pak177 ("pak177", "we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services provided through pak177.com, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions.

2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

2.3 Registration Process

2.4 One Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. pak177 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, pak177 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending a full investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak177 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pak177 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak177's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

pak177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if pak177 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

pak177 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside pak177's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. pak177 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pak177 account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat or by using the self-closure option within your account settings. Upon receiving a closure request, pak177 will process any remaining verified balance to your registered withdrawal method after completing standard KYC checks, provided no pending withdrawal holds or investigation flags are active on the account.

12.2 Termination by pak177

pak177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, KYC failure, regulatory requirement, extended inactivity, or closure of service to a particular jurisdiction. Where an account is closed by pak177 for non-fault reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pak177 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 PKR to dormant accounts after this period, subject to regulatory requirements. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pak177 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak177 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the pak177 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak177 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak177's internal complaints procedure (see Section 15 below) shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules applicable in pak177's licensing jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those arbitration proceedings for the resolution of any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
